Job Summary

The Patient Care Technician will provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
  • Perform routine laboratory tests, such as blood draws and urinalysis
  • Assist with patient education and training
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
