  • Oversees the complete recruitment cycle for hourly employees, ensuring equitable compensation methods.
  • Monitors training advancements for non-exempt personnel.
  • Facilitates benefits administration, salary adjustments, and performance assessments for hourly staff.
  • Evaluates retention statistics and conducts exit interviews for hourly team members.
  • Maintains confidentiality while managing sensitive data.
  • Handles filing, photocopying, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Supports the organization of employee recognition events and various initiatives.
  • Implements HR policies as outlined by the organization.
  • Keeps compliance records and legal documentation up to date.
  • Assists with performance management, annual evaluations, and succession planning for hourly personnel.
  • Addresses and resolves initial employee relation concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School diploma or 1-2 years of administrative experience. Previous experience in HR is preferred.

Skills Required: Strong numerical and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Proficient in fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
