Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated BSA/AML Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and managing financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the BSA Officer to maintain a robust compliance framework.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into potential money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.
  • Prepare and compose Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
  • Perform quality control checks and monitor compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and related regulations.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including management, legal teams, and regulatory bodies, while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AML/BSA compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and protocols for high-risk customer profiles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
