About the Role

As a Route Sales Representative with Schwan's Home Service, you will have the opportunity to drive a company-owned vehicle and sell and deliver frozen food to confirmed customers while building strong relationships to maintain and grow your route.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a company-owned vehicle to deliver frozen food to customers
  • Sell and promote frozen food products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow your route
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet sales and delivery targets
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $60,000 per year
  • A guaranteed minimum pay of $1,030 per week for the first 12 weeks
  • A commission-based sales structure

  • A consistent schedule averaging 50 hours per week

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Department of Transportation drug test and physical
  • Valid driver's license
  • No CDL needed
