About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a leading role in identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities to drive sales pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of effective, high-volume cold calling, coupled with a strong drive for constant improvement and innovative approaches within the realm of sales outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 100+ outbound prospecting calls daily to potential clients, focusing on businesses that would benefit from our sales acceleration services.
  • Utilize email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to generate leads and increase prospecting outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and manage an accurate, detailed prospect database using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Become an expert at persuasively presenting our core services, e-learning offerings, and the training curriculum catalog.
  • Provide support to clients and prospects over the phone, email, and online chat.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (sales development, business development, lead generation, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
  • A robust work ethic and openness to feedback.
  • CRM experience preferred.
