Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Principal Customer Marketing Manager to lead our customer marketing efforts and drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Customer-Centric Marketing Strategies: Design and implement customer-centric marketing plays across multiple channels to increase adoption, usage, and retention.
  • Align with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, product marketing, product management, and adoption BDRs to ensure alignment and maximize effectiveness.
  • Manage Campaigns and Budgets: Oversee the end-to-end execution of plays, manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Customer Insights and Analysis: Leverage the 6Sense platform and predictive insights to understand customer behaviors, needs, and trends.
  • Track and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Optimize Strategies: Implement optimization strategies to enhance play effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Proven ability to independently solve complex issues, anticipate weaknesses or future needs in processes, and manage prioritization and risk with minimal guidance.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, including the ability to align stakeholders, build consensus, and make operational decisions with executive presence.
  • Marketing Disciplines: Expertise across marketing disciplines with the ability to contribute creatively to company goals and unite cross-functional stakeholders using a data-driven approach.

What We Offer: 6Sense provides a competitive salary range of $140,936 to $206,707, a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by our board. We also offer a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO).
