Role Summary

We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, along with a demonstrated proficiency in processing substantial volumes of non-PO invoices using SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage a significant volume of non-PO invoices within the SAP system.
  • Ensure vendor information is accurate and consistently updated in the database.
  • Address inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoices and payment requests.
  • Support the Finance and Accounting Team during month-end closing activities.
  • Assist in month-end closing tasks by preparing necessary accruals and journal entries.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity throughout all processes.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
