Customer Service Representative II

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Mindlance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of customer service experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
