Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and proposals from cradle to grave.
  • Prepare proposal responses, including management and cost/price supporting information, in line with customer instructions.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with the customer and adhere to all proposal deadlines.
  • Understand various contract, solicitation, and agreement types, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursement, Time & Materials (T&M), ID/IQ, and Non-Disclosure/Proprietary Information Agreements.
  • Manage and coordinate contract modifications and change order requests.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with Government programs and initiatives.
  • Administer contracts in support of Department of Defense contracts and other agreements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
  • Broad knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition terms and principles, i.e., FAR & DFARS.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance for which you must be a U.S. citizen.
