Contract Development:

As a Paralegal at Texas Health Resources, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing a broad range of legal contracts. This includes facilitating communication with contracting parties and end users, creating, negotiating, and incorporating contract amendments to accommodate scope changes, and managing contracts in accordance with agreed upon business procedures. You will also handle and resolve differences with vendors and customers in contract negotiation discussions.

Contract Administration:

You will maintain strict confidentiality as appropriate, provide effective record keeping ensuring that all contract documents are readily accessible, and perform periodic reviews for contract management compliance.
