About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading and managing complex security projects, programs, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple security projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in managing complex security projects, programs, or initiatives.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of security tools, technologies, and frameworks, including Splunk, Saviynt, and AWS.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
