About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading complex cyber security projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, tracking, and oversight of assigned staff, providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate with clients, company, and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status, and recommending program changes as needed.
  • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives to ensure the quality of project deliverables across all phases.
  • Actively project manage across non-direct reports, escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions.
  • Support Gainwell's growth by preparing detailed SOW and assisting with new proposal efforts and business development.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience managing complex cyber security projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience a plus.
  • Expertise with project management methodology such as Catalyst or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum(SCM), and Agile practices.
  • Modern understanding of budget development, control, and assurance methods, and project management software.
  • Ability to lead and translate the broader objectives of a program into clear and achievable project scope and milestones.
  • Leadership to train, guide, and mentor the work of junior colleagues.
  • A strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearly.
  • Influencer who can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action.
  • Understanding of Security tools like Splunk, Saviynt, etc., and be proficient at trouble shooting.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management.
  • Understanding of Network and Firewall concepts.
  • Understanding of System Security Plan reviews, NIST, and MARS-E standards.
  • Foundational understanding of AWS and MS Azure.
  • Reviews of Business Associate Agreements and ensure compliance.
