Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the Center, ensuring its growth and success.
  • Program Development and Management: Oversee the development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of programs, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the Center to the broader university community, external stakeholders, and other key partners, fostering strong relationships and collaborations.
  • Expert Consultation: Provide expert guidance on program development, funding opportunities, and other specialty areas, leveraging your expertise to drive impact.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the Center's budget, developing and maintaining a robust financial plan, and engaging in fundraising efforts to support the initiative's growth.
