  • Provide education and training in the human services sector
  • Advocate for necessary services on behalf of clients

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Conduct ongoing training sessions
  • Execute tasks as assigned by supervisory personnel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Understanding of developmental and intellectual disabilities
  • Knowledge of treatment methods and intervention strategies
  • Experience in creating and executing individualized service plans
  • Ability to coordinate with service providers and work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated respect for clients and their families

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline is mandatory. Experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities is preferred. A valid Driver's License is also required.
