Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated Resin Services Team Leader. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

- Adhere to established work protocols and company policies.
- Operate safely and responsibly, following all safety procedures and requirements.
- Execute tasks as directed by the Resin Services Manager.
- Allocate job assignments to team members based on their skill sets.
- Document production metrics on work orders and manage inventory transactions.
- Prepare daily shift summary production reports.
- Obtain and maintain forklift certification, ensuring no damage to equipment or property, while accurately documenting findings at the start of each shift.
- Uphold and enforce standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality, and Productivity.
- Ensure compliance with rules and procedures among all team members.
- Monitor additive usage, log data, and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings.
- Lead by example to foster a positive work environment.
- Provide training for operators on all departmental functions.
- Investigate and report on non-conforming materials, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, packaging discrepancies, and ensure documentation accuracy while preserving samples and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Previous leadership and management experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting while being self-motivated to achieve objectives.
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge on both familiar and unfamiliar equipment.
- Essential reading and writing skills are necessary.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) are required for accurate reporting.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance is important.
