We are currently in search of a Requirements Analyst to enhance our team in Washington DC.

Role Overview:
As a Requirements Analyst, you will spearhead discussions with key stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. Your role will involve managing the communication flow between business units and the development team, ensuring a seamless exchange of information. You will collaborate closely with clients to prioritize their business needs and lead the analytical efforts to produce comprehensive user, business, and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop visual models to facilitate a shared understanding of processes, data flows, and user interactions.
• Validate that the solution components align with business requirements.
• Establish processes and methodologies to effectively elicit requirements from business users.
• Analyze the current business landscape to identify capability gaps and opportunities for value-added solutions.

Documentation and Analysis:
Your responsibilities will also include working with both internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into formal documentation such as business requirements documents, statements of work, and requests for proposals. You will analyze data to guide the development of business requirements and create a reporting framework that provides insights into the client’s program portfolio.

Deliverables:
• Actively engage in discussions with stakeholders and document current and future state processes.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, documenting business requirements for BRDs, SOWs, and RFPs.
• Provide summarized analyses of research findings and recommendations on industry-related topics.
• Collaborate with Senior Program Managers to understand available data, analyze it, and design reporting templates for monitoring program portfolios.
