RN Medical Surgical Telemetry Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry Float Pool team at Rose Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care to patients on the medical surgical and telemetry units, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Float to various units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Specific certifications required by the nursing areas assigned to.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN is desirable.
- Experience requirements are specific to positions and departments as appropriate.
