Career Arc Returnship Program:
This 6-month paid internship is designed to give experienced professionals like you the chance to re-enter the workforce and refresh your skills. You'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, engage with clients, and develop your expertise in prime services, equities, fixed income, commodities, and/or credit markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with multiple trading desks across Global Markets
- Engage with clients across various industries
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year career gap
- Strong background in financial markets products
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good discipline and strong work ethic
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience
- Maximum 10 years of industry experience

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range ($80,000 - $120,000)
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
