Ottimo Resources is in search of a proficient Human Resources Specialist to enhance our HR team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resource assistance in areas such as internal investigations, project coordination, onboarding processes, and recruitment initiatives.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ON-SITE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a strategic recruitment plan and timeline aligned with operational and sales forecasts.
- Producing official internal documentation.
- Designing onboarding programs and guiding new employees through HR policies, internal protocols, and regulations.
- Managing both physical and electronic employee records, including documents, benefits, and attendance logs.
- Formulating employee engagement strategies, securing necessary budget approvals, and initiating activities.
- Collaborating with external vendors, senior management, and staff to uphold CSR standards mandated by governing bodies.
- Assessing employee performance and adjusting compensation structures accordingly.
- Implementing appropriate disciplinary measures for employees who breach company policies and addressing employee concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formula utilization.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with SharePoint and ADP systems.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is advantageous.
