At Dexian, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skip Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for assigning and following up on post-charge-off accounts with skip vendors and repossession vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and follow up on post-charge-off accounts to skip vendors and repossession vendors.
  • Process payments and payoffs, and secure vehicles on post-charge-off accounts.
  • Maintain working relationships with vendors to ensure compliance and performance measures are met.
  • Communicate with skip vendors to develop strategies to resolve accounts, receive new information, and provide direction when necessary.
  • Locate clients and collaterals on post-charged-off accounts by obtaining additional phone numbers and addresses through authorized internet databases and tools.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • MS Excel and database experience.
  • Phone support experience.
