Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HFC network projects and ensure employees are focused on correcting plant deficiencies.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise technical staff.
  • Oversight of work schedules of technical staff.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements:
  • 5 Years' experience in the field with at least 2 of those years as a System Technician/Broadband Specialist IV.
  • Strong desire to improve the network.
