As a Freight Forwarder, Air Export, you'll play a critical role in managing and coordinating the exportation of goods by air. This includes scheduling with airlines, managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels
  • Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments
  • Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Computer Literacy:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred

For this position, the expected base pay is: $28.25 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
