Job Title: Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at Community Coffee Company, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving financial objectives. Our company is the #1 family-owned and operated retail coffee brand in America, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.

About the Role
  • Train, lead, and supervise direct reports in assigned locations to sell products and services and meet company objectives.
  • Support the Sales Manager in overseeing location operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, finance, systems, and facilities.
  • Analyze and control expenditures to manage P&L responsibilities and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Direct channel development activity, coordinate sales distribution, and establish sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Manage development and retention of DSD accounts, direct sales forecasting activities, and review/analyze sales data to set performance goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and build, develop, and retain talent necessary to drive a high-performance sales team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a sales environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and handheld point-of-sale computer systems preferred.

Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Frequently required to sit and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
