About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our team at MillerKnoll. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to business leaders and employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for open positions, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting HR practices and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits, compensation, and HR regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
