Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including benefits, payroll, PTO, and maintaining HR certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage and process payroll in a timely manner.
  • Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee handbook and policies on a regular basis.
  • Manage employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, newsletters, employee satisfaction surveys, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use.
  • Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources supervisory position.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
  • Experience in the medical industry preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent ability to develop and manage reporting, budgets, and financial data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Experience using HR software and HRIS databases.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the organization's business, core values, and goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies.
