Resident Services Associate

At Quinn Residences, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Resident Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our leasing and resident experience team, you will play a critical role in attracting and retaining high-quality residents while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract prospective residents, including online listings, advertising campaigns, and outreach to local businesses and organizations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential residents, providing detailed information about available rental homes and scheduling property tours.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and accurate property listings that highlight the key features and benefits of our rental home communities.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, such as websites, social media platforms, and print materials, to promote available properties and maximize exposure.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings and tours for prospective residents, showcasing the unique features of each rental property and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Provide detailed explanations of lease terms, rental policies, and resident responsibilities, ensuring prospective residents have a clear understanding of the leasing process.
  • Review lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with residents to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends, pricing, and competitor analysis to ensure competitive positioning of our rental homes.
  • Generate regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and rental income, providing insights and recommendations for improving leasing strategies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a related customer service field.
  • Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics, rental regulations, and fair housing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants and effectively address inquiries and concerns.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using YARDI, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with conducting resident screenings.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
