We are currently in search of a motivated Front Desk Receptionist who can enhance our dedication to outstanding customer service. In our fast-paced environment, we need an individual skilled in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate various schedules.
Benefits:

Essential Duties:
- Maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Adhere to the dress code by wearing professional attire as specified in our guidelines, including business attire and/or scrubs. Ensure a polished appearance in hair, makeup, and nails.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for daily opening and closing of the facility.
- Manage appointment scheduling, changes, and cancellations with accuracy. Oversee the appointment calendar and generate invoices correctly. Assist clients with checking their reward program points or enrolling new clients before checkout.
- Facilitate the enrollment of new patients in the membership program, providing comprehensive information about all practice initiatives.
- Display a friendly, engaging, and approachable demeanor. Greet all individuals entering and exiting the office warmly. Stand to address them by name, introduce yourself with your name and title, and offer refreshments.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Ensuring patients feel welcomed upon arrival.
- Answering inquiries and scheduling appointments for current and prospective clients.
- Reviewing and organizing patient medical records for accuracy.
- Utilizing a friendly phone manner to answer incoming calls, set appointments, take messages, and conduct patient outreach.
- Assisting with the opening and closing procedures of the office.
- Understanding and respecting patient confidentiality laws.
