Job Overview

Prime Care Technologies, a leading Managed Service Provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst to enhance our client services.

The IT Support Analyst role involves providing expert management, administration, and support for client production systems, networking, and application solutions. This position requires travel to various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary technical resource for customers, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver effective end-user support and resolve issues.

• Offer exceptional assistance in optimizing and troubleshooting systems.

• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and project tasks.

• Consult with clients and end-users to ascertain hardware, software, or system functional specifications.

• Gather detailed information, conduct thorough analyses, and utilize experience and judgment to determine the most effective resolution methods.

• Execute parameter configuration changes, database performance tuning, and apply necessary software patches.

• Provide daily operational support, including user administration changes and application version upgrades.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition of new facilities into production operations.

• Partner with vendors to deliver integrated, seamless services to clients.

• Participate in Disaster Recovery and Client Business Continuity processes.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of process improvements for facilities.

• Engage in the investigation and implementation of third-party tools to enhance service delivery.

• Create formal documentation, including configuration, testing, and support documentation.

• May serve as a project team member on implementations, completing assigned tasks of medium to high complexity to ensure successful, timely, and budget-compliant projects.

• Provide on-call support coverage as needed.

• Adhere to any necessary health protocols to enter client facilities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support or hosting within a large enterprise environment.

• Experience supporting cloud-based clients via Azure/M365 is highly preferred.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex computer-related issues, including:
o Database operations and basic administrative functions
o Maintenance and configuration of network devices
o Storage administration
o IP connectivity and troubleshooting.

• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of client organization staff.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Capability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs.

• Experience using common Customer Service software.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license that complies with commercial policy requirements.

• This position requires travel.

Certifications/Technical Skills:

• Relevant IT or industry certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, Azure/M365) are advantageous.
