Description:

We are seeking a Requirements Analyst with expertise in Agile methodologies, UI/UX documentation, and testing to contribute to various projects. Familiarity with Pega is advantageous.

Note:
Local candidates may be required to attend onsite meetings periodically.

Responsibilities:

The Requirements Analyst will be tasked with the formulation and documentation of business requirements, crafting user interface/user experience mockups, workflows, use cases, user stories, and training documentation, as well as developing test scripts and plans.

The analyst will be expected to thrive in a dynamic project environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, initiative, and a customer-centric approach.


Skills required:

  • Proficiency in developing systems through structured SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
  • Experience in creating various documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, and User Stories.
  • Competence in developing UI/UX mockups and workflows utilizing tools like Visio and Adobe XD.
  • Ability to gather and analyze relevant information through interviews, observations, surveys, meetings, and documentation review.
  • Experience in drafting test plans and scripts, as well as executing diverse testing procedures.
  • Capability to create user training manuals and facilitate training sessions and demonstrations.
  • Customer service and end-user support experience is preferred.
  • Skill in analyzing intricate business processes and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent education is required.
