The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in patient care by adhering to the ANA scope of practice. Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients.
- Providing high-quality care under the guidance of the Nurse Leader, in alignment with Corewell Health policies.
- Engaging with patients and families to incorporate their input into care planning.
- Documenting educational interactions and learning outcomes in the health record.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (to be obtained within 5 years)
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2 years of nursing experience, with preference for OR experience
