We are seeking a visionary leader to join the Brain Injury Association of America as our full-time Executive Director. This dynamic role offers an exceptional chance to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals affected by brain injury.

The successful candidate will oversee and effectively guide our operations throughout the state of Delaware, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth while promoting our advocacy efforts. With a focus on community development, this leader will be responsible for creating a shared vision, recruiting volunteers, and engaging local communities to drive initiatives forward.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results. If you have 7+ years of experience in nonprofit relationship management, programs, community development, or fundraising, we encourage you to apply.

In this remote position, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $100,000 - $105,000 per year, along with an impressive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, PTO, HSA/FSA, and a 401(k) with company match.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for this role.
