About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Success Consultant to join our XM Success Team at Qualtrics. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives and unlock the full potential of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of experience in a management consulting, CX, CS, or technical account management role.
  • Proven track record of success in building customer relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical understanding of data integrations and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
