We are seeking a skilled Event Concierge to join our team at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort. As an Event Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and functions, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet with group coordinators and hosts to discuss event details and ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup, timeline, and special needs.
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements, and follow up to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
