As a Spa Consultant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all Soleil Tans patrons.
  • Successfully sell memberships, upsell existing members, and assist guests in finding the ideal tanning solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our lotions and recommend suitable options for each guest.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of our tanning beds and guide guests towards the most appropriate choices.
  • Communicate health and safety information clearly and effectively to guests.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry records.
  • Collaborate with management to uphold the highest standards of customer service and exceed industry expectations.
  • Contribute to training, mentoring, and supporting new Spa Consultants.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of laundry facilities, spa areas, and equipment.
  • Adhere to bed cleaning schedules and procedures as instructed.
  • Represent Soleil Tans professionally in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and the public.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role; we seek individuals who excel at providing outstanding service.
  • A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor is essential.
  • Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and pay attention to detail.
  • Punctuality and reliability are crucial; be prepared to work your scheduled shifts.
  • Availability for at least 12 hours per week, including one Saturday or Sunday.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in a retail or sales-driven environment. Your contributions directly impact our growth, and your success is rewarded through performance-based bonuses.
Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $15.25 per hour with a guaranteed raise to $17.25 per hour after one year of successful completion of our training and certification program.
