Spa Consultant Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Consultant to join our team at Soleil Tans. As a Spa Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling memberships and products, and providing expert recommendations on lotions and spa services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver top-tier customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell memberships, upsell products, and provide expert recommendations on lotions and spa services to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with all services, equipment, and health & safety procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Team Support: Assist with accurate data entry, maintain spa cleanliness, and support management in training, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the Soleil Tans brand in all interactions with guests and the public, ensuring a consistent and professional image.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability: Available to work at least one weekend shift and 12 hours per week.
  • Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of experience in a sales-driven environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour.
  • Guaranteed Raise: $17.50 per hour within one year of completing our training and certification program.
  • Bonuses: Earn an additional $1-$4 per hour through our generous product and membership sales bonuses.
  • Tips: Spa Consultants receive tips, with an average earning of $100 per month in gratuities.
