Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Service Administrator to support the Technical Service department at Standex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and company personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Direct and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate support to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and maintain accurate records, process invoices, and prepare shipping documents to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical guidance, and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers and company personnel, ensuring clear and effective communication to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attend training sessions, and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance technical and professional skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in business or office-related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in operational office environment or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, excellent written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multi-tasking.
