**Job Title:** Interconnect Industry Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Interconnect Industry Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing aggregate sales with Cloud Services Providers (CSPs), Cloud Data Centers, large Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and sustaining strong customer relationships across sourcing, engineering, and operations in cloud data centers, 5G, high power, and high-speed communications.
  • Managing the overall relationship and coordinating efficient and effective communications with customers and BizLink stakeholders.
  • Integrating, coordinating, and driving sales activities across BizLink business groups and CSPs, Cloud Data Centers, large OEMs, and ODM sites.
  • Identifying, coordinating, integrating, and capturing new and existing business opportunities such as design wins, new programs, and share gains.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans and growth strategies for your territory and customers.
  • Supporting technical aspects of the sales cycle, including marketing support for the development and implementation of BizLink products.
  • Resolving problems and driving improvement activities to achieve and sustain an 'excellent' customer scorecard rating.
  • Driving sales growth through the maximization of resources and execution of market segment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of Interconnect Industry experience - preferably in sales or engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management and forecasting.
  • Highly motivated to learn.
