Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for BizLink Group. This role requires a strong understanding of customer products and technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with BizLink functional groups to drive ownership among teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Contribute to annual sales budget planning and meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of selling and/or deploying technology solutions.
  • Experience in providing interconnect solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
