Job Description

CMES, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new staff members
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR
