Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to join our team as an Office Representative at Alex Mora - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service to meet their needs.
  • Insurance Expertise: Educate customers about insurance options, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to identify the best solutions for their needs.
  • Communication and Sales: Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers, while promoting the development of our business.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Customer Service Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Goals: Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
