Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures, as well as manage budgets and resources.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and medical staff to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing laboratory team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospital laboratory management, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience as a Laboratory Director is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
