Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Mr. Handyman.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including accounting and bookkeeping functions, record keeping and metrics, and receivables management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Closing out and reconciling jobs each week, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Reconciling and record-keeping in Service Titan and QuickBooks Online;
  • Managing all receivables, ensuring timely payment from customers;
  • Providing administrative support to the owner and managers as needed;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of basic accounting experience;
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work part-time (2-4 days a week);
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and resolve issues independently;
  • Excellent communication and phone skills;
