Compensation and Benefits Manager

Benefits Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring a high degree of attention to detail, organizational prowess, and excellent communication skills. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, this position involves a mix of in-office and remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employee benefits regulations, experience in benefits administration, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage open enrollment processes, ensuring seamless communication with employees and vendors.
- Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor online third-party websites and portal access, streamlining enrollment and activities for all insurance and benefit providers.
- Regularly review benefit plans to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Promote a culture of compliance, adhering to ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, and other applicable laws.
