Position Overview:

As a Financial Analyst within the manufacturing sector, you will be integral in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of the organization's accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Documentation: Assist in the development and upkeep of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Cost Evaluation: Examine production costs and discrepancies, offering insights into cost-reduction strategies, operational efficiencies, and budgeting frameworks.
  • Inventory Oversight: Supervise inventory accounting and monitor stock levels.
  • Closing Procedures: Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal standards and assist with external audits by supplying necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage vendor partnerships, oversee accounts payable functions, and guarantee timely and precise payment processing.
  • Customer Accounts: Oversee customer interactions, manage accounts receivable processes, and ensure prompt and accurate payment collections.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
