We're seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of primary care specialists.
As a primary care specialist, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or in testing centers.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles.
Requirements for this role include completing an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification, practicing as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, and being state licensed in New York.

Key Responsibilities:
