What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing a patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Requirements- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year with a primary care fellowship or 1 year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in New York, obtained by start date
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $142,000 to $151,000 per year, annual performance bonus, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation plans. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, including continuing medical education and malpractice insurance.
