Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies in accordance with established inspection plans and specifications.
  • Executing PCI activities for notifications as required.
  • Adhering to all procedural guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant Quality System Regulations.
  • Assisting in the archival process of documents, including preparation for shipment and electronic scanning.
  • Initiating Non-Conformance reports when necessary.
  • Supporting Non-Conformance and Corrective Action activities as needed.
  • Participating in special projects as they arise.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Preferred: An Associate's or Technical Degree.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and information access.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand instructions.
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and FDA standards is advantageous.
Physical Requirements

The role requires:

  • Ability to perform essential functions in an office setting.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting for data entry and analysis.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs.
