Radiology Scheduler Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiology Scheduler to join our team at the University of California. As a Radiology Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient appointments and schedules
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
  • Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of radiology procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent with four years of related experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience with office software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare or medical scheduling
  • Knowledge of radiology procedures and protocols
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual capability
  • Experience with EPIC or other electronic health record systems
