Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to fill the role of Financial Reporting Analyst. This position entails the collection and preparation of financial information for external disclosures to regulatory bodies, including the creation of 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K submissions. You will also engage with various teams regarding intercompany dealings, debt oversight, and additional responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of regulatory filings such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and public announcements.
  • Review and compile necessary documentation for financial statements.
  • Examine income statements and balance sheets for accuracy.
  • Submit required filings to regulatory authorities.
  • Execute monthly closing processes.
  • Investigate accounting standards relevant to your designated areas.
  • Maintain regular communication with auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX documentation requirements.
  • Engage in special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Experience in public accounting or within a publicly traded company is advantageous.
  • Eligibility as a CPA candidate is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
