We are seeking a dedicated full-time, entry-level Marketing Assistant to become a vital part of our promotions and sales division at A&Z Marketing.

As a frontrunner in experiential marketing and client acquisition, we excel in crafting and executing tailored marketing and sales strategies for a diverse range of clients.

Utilizing a personalized approach to brand visibility, we effectively connect brands with consumers through sales initiatives, direct advertising, promotional activities, lead generation, and special events within local markets.

In this entry-level position, the Marketing Assistant will leverage their vibrant personality and exceptional audience engagement skills to generate enthusiasm among target demographics during promotional events and throughout various marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Assistant will also support the promotions and sales team by executing essential administrative, advertising, marketing, and sales tasks as needed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement promotional sales strategies to enhance brand recognition and inform consumers about our clients' offerings.
  • Engage directly with potential customers to generate excitement about featured brands and their products/services.
  • Foster consumer enthusiasm and brand loyalty through interactive demonstrations and detailed product/service explanations.
  • Enhance product and brand knowledge by participating in weekly meetings to remain informed.
  • Train new team members on product/service advantages, pricing, promotional details, etc.
  • Negotiate contracts with new customers, upsell products when appropriate, and finalize sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with team members, marketing clients, and business partners.

Qualifications:
  • A college degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or a similar environment is advantageous. Internship experience and prior entry-level roles will also be considered.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events and promotions.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to schedules.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to clients and consumers.
  • Positive demeanor and eagerness to learn.
  • Access to a vehicle is required for travel to promotional events.
